Disc Printing
Short runs: 1 to 4-color hi-res digital printing on labels.
Medium to Large runs: in-house state-of-the-art fully automated 6-Color, 300 DPI CD and DVD silk screen printing process with throughput up to 4,500/hour.
Either process captures 4-color process (CMYK art) or PMS spot colors (vector art) with precision and accuracy for optimum printing results for optical disc media – whether full size, mini or business-card size.

Printed Packaging
Nordex offers a wide variety of standard and custom disc packaging. 1 to 4-color printed inserts, booklets and tray cards for jewel cases and poly cases, along with case wraps, inserts and booklets for amaray-style cases (for DVDs). Also available are 1 to 4-color cardstock sleeves, jackets, zip-mailers, and also “eco-paks” (reduced plastic use) such as digi-paks, hub-paks and pocket-holders. |

Digital Printing
Today's digital printing provides fast turnaround and produce high-quality results in runs as short as 50. With the state of the art "on-demand" 4 color digital printing, you only have to print the copies you need, when you need them, our color print output with 2400DPI meets or surpasses that of offset printing while affording both time and cost benefits.
